1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and LYNKTRO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED("LynkTro," "we," "us," or "our"), the Nigerian company that operates the LynkTro platform. By accessing or using LynkTro, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a LynkTro account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to list products, operate shops, sell from a Business profile, receive commerce payments, request withdrawals, or use seller and marketplace tools.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may restrict, verify, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Platform Services

LynkTro provides an integrated digital platform that may include, among other features:

• Social networking, profiles, feeds, and content discovery
• Direct messaging, group communication, and community spaces
• User-generated content publishing, sharing, and moderation tools
• E-commerce listings, shops, business profiles, orders, and payments
• Digital marketplace functionality, promotions, and wallet features
• Entertainment, media, and creator monetization tools

Features may be offered in stages, require verification or premium access, and may change as the platform evolves.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, impersonate, scam, spam, or harm others
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations
• Manipulate engagement, transactions, accounts, communities, or platform systems
• Use LynkTro for illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited commerce activity
• Post content that violates our Community Guidelines or community-specific rules

5. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the license you grant LynkTro to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.
• By posting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• We may remove, limit, review, or restrict content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

6. Communities and Messaging

• Community administrators and moderators are responsible for enforcing community rules.
• Messages and community content must comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines.
• We may review reported messages or communities and take action where necessary to protect users and platform integrity.
• Premium or paid community features may have additional terms disclosed at purchase.

7. Commerce, Shops, and Marketplace

• Product listings must be accurate, lawful, available, and not misleading.
• Prohibited items include counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, restricted, or illegal products as determined by LynkTro and applicable law.
• Sellers are responsible for pricing, inventory, fulfillment, delivery, returns, customer communication, and order support.
• LynkTro may charge platform fees, hold funds in escrow where applicable, and request verification before enabling commerce or withdrawal features.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly; LynkTro may assist with moderation but is not a party to third-party sales contracts unless explicitly stated.

8. Payments and Wallets

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. By using commerce or wallet features, you authorize LynkTro and its payment partners to process transactions according to applicable policies. Withdrawals may be subject to verification, limits, and review.

9. Intellectual Property

LynkTro trademarks, branding, software, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to LYNKTRO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misrepresent LynkTro materials without permission. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy for takedown procedures.

10. Termination

You may stop using LynkTro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform safety needs. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LynkTro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYNKTRO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LynkTro will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as LynkTro evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version number and last-updated date on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
